  1. Signature – A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorised representative.

  5. Good-faith statement – A statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy and authority statement – A declaration that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

⚠️ Important notice: Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), knowingly submitting a false or misleading DMCA claim may result in legal liability, including damages and legal fees.

By submitting a DMCA notice, you acknowledge that we may share the contents of your complaint — including your contact details — with the individual or entity that posted the disputed material.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If content you submitted was removed following a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location prior to removal
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant

Counter-notices should be sent to:
📧

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the removed content unless the original complainant initiates legal proceedings within the timeframe required by the DMCA.

Repeat Infringer Policy

DriverInUK.com maintains an internal policy for addressing repeat copyright infringement. Users who are found to repeatedly violate copyright laws may have their access suspended or permanently terminated at our discretion.
